Our philosophy is to continue the work initiated by Jean-Claude Berthillot, former winegrower-owner, in the direction of responsible and environmentally friendly viticulture. The Estate Roche des Bancs masters and implements all the processes in the creation of its wines in an eco-responsible way. Our philosophy is always to prioritise quality through a respect for tradition and nature leading us to become Biodynamic in 2021, after having been organic for 10 years. The Estate continues to cultivate 80-year-old vines, despite difficulties linked to the absence of mechanization, because our philosophy is to respect the work done over the years with these vines. Our mission is to bring the quality of our wines to the highest level and to increase the size of the estate in order to make our wines known to a wider public. Our philosophy is to offer healthier wines, which respect the environment and that above all taste great!
