Auxerrois Demi-Sec 'Les Grandes Plantées' 2022

A golden-hued, straw-yellow color, deep, clear, and brilliant, characterizes the Demi-sec Auxerrois. The nose is intense, marked by notes of ripe fruits, peaches, apricot, quince with a note of exotic fruit (mango) and a floral touch (rose) at the end. The palate is generous, with a beautiful aromatic richness (identical to the nose), creamy at the start and awakened at the finish. It leaves a very nice impression, with persistent and delicious aromas. This is a wine to be enjoyed now with pan-fried fish, quenelles, andouillettes, or characterful cheeses.
