Sauvignon Gris 'Avant L’Aube' 2023

The color is pale and retains rather pronounced golden reflections compared to its cousin grape variety, Sauvignon Blanc. The nose opens up with straightforward aromas of lychee, pear, and grapefruit.

On the palate, the wine balances between flavors of ripe fruits and a mineral freshness, allowing it to pair with many dishes. Nevertheless, it will work wonders with a Bleu d'Auvergne, morel mushroom pasta, or an apple tart.
